Johnna received her undergraduate degree from UBC Theatre, and since then has acted for theatre, film and television, co-founded two theatre companies, and earned an MFA in Directing from the University of Alberta. Some favourite acting credits include The Dead Zone, the feature film The Final Cut, the Arts Club Theatre (Vancouver) production of Adam Pettle's Zadie's Shoes, and playing Titania in A Midsummer Night's Dream for the inaugural season of Whistler Theatre Project. Most recently, Johnna appeared as Ludmilla the lovelorn Soviet in the world premiere of The Walnut Tree for Persephone Theatre in Saskatoon.
